To succeed in this role, you will be a qualified Registered General Nurse with an up to date NMC pin number and 12 months post-qualification experience. Your duties will include managing a team, as well as providing high quality nursing services to our residents, whilst demonstrating compassion, care and commitment to making a real difference to their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensure that our residents are comfortable within the home. What is also important to us is that you are a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual.
Furthermore, you will ensure that the right level of nursing care is provided to meet the individual, emotional and physical needs of our residents whilst supporting our culture of respect and dignity.
