£50,000 plus Company Car/Car Allowance
35 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Support Manager to work within the Sanctuary Care QA team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the development of quality review programmes to support the delivery of a commercially viable business which meets with CQC, legislative and organisational requirements and service delivery requirements are undertaken consistently.
Additionally you will develop, implement and evaluate strategies and plans to enable the business to achieve its objectives ensuring
consistent quality of services throughout the business sharing best practice and developing standard operating models.
As well as experience as a Senior Manager in the Residential Care Sector, you will have some experience of inspection regimes, performance management and consultation practice with detailed understanding of legislative and compliance requirements.
