Location: Site based covering the South West and Oxfordshire area
£40,000 per annum, plus company car/car allowance
35 Hours Per Week
This is an exciting newly created role that will develop and deliver high quality, cost effective learning and development programmes for our nursing and care staff.
The main focus of the role is to design and implement a suite of training opportunities for clinical staff to support their ongoing development and ensure that we retain high quality clinical staff and deliver the best care!
The role will also design and deliver clinical training courses to advance the skills and knowledge of our carers and support overseas nurses with their induction and achievement of OSCE.
To apply for this role you will be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN, ideally with a Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector. In addition, you will have experience of working in the care sector, coupled the development of nursing staff and proven experience assessing learning needs and delivering learning and development interventions.
This role will require regular travel and overnight stays and will you need to have a current driving license.
