Caring roles

Do you love helping and supporting others and want to make a real difference to our residents' lives? Then a career as a Sanctuary carer could be the right role for you.

It is more about your caring nature than your years of care experience; we are looking for people that will care for our residents as they would do their mum or grandma; with passion, dignity, enthusiasm and respect.

Being a Sanctuary carer is a rewarding and fulfilling career choice – it’s hard work both emotionally and physically, but there are few jobs that leave you with a smile on your face on your way home.

We also offer a fantastic benefits package, so being a Sanctuary carer is better than ever, take a look at some of our benefits below, we also offer the opportunity to progress your career in care and actively encourage internal progression.
