As a Skills for Care endorsed provider Home Managers attend the ‘Well Led’ and Deputy Managers the ‘Lead to Succeed’ Programmes.

Nursing Associates 

We are supporting a number of nursing associates and assistant practitioner apprenticeships. We also support people who want to become registered nurses.

Our Nurse Academy 

Our dedicated clinical trainers support nurses with all kinds of clinical and management skills and our nurses are fully supported through revalidation.

Mental Health Awareness 

We are committed to ending the stigma associated with mental health; with Mental Health First Aid training and other specialised webinars.
