There will be live music from the roaring forties at a free vintage tea dance at a Sanctuary Care home in Upton-upon-Severn.
The team and residents at Beechwood Residential Care Home in Holly Green are inviting people from the community to their toe tapping event on Saturday 30 July, between 3.30pm and 5.30pm.
Musician Kevin Clarke will be suited and booted when he performs traditional music from the era and wartime classics, plus there will be finger sandwiches, mouth-watering cakes and refreshments available – served on vintage crockery.
Manager at the home, which provides residential care and dementia care, Carole Hall said: “Our residents really enjoy welcoming people from outside their home to enjoy special events with them, so dust off your dancing shoes – or simply come along and relax with fantastic music, great company and lovely food.”
