There will be circus fun for all the family when a Sanctuary Care home in Telford hosts a fabulous summer fete this weekend.
On Saturday (20 August), between 11am and 3pm, the team and residents at Lake View Residential Care Home in Brookside Avenue will be welcoming people from the local community along to their event.
There will be stalls galore and games to enjoy, and you can also take part in Lake View’s very first bake off.
Fellow resident Pam Brown, who is 78 years old added: “I’m mainly looking forward to tasting all the lovely cakes at our bake off.”
Live music will be provided by Wayne Tulsa and refreshments, burgers, sausages and chips will be available for a small charge – all profits raised will go towards the Residents’ Activities Fund.
The Sanctuary Care home’s activities assistant Clare West said: “Our residents really enjoy our annual summer fete so we do hope as many people as possible can join us for what promises to be a very special day.”
