A Sanctuary Care home in the heart of Chester is getting set to celebrate its first anniversary with live music and an afternoon of ‘glitz and glam’.
The team and residents at Upton Dene Residential and Nursing Home in Caldecott Close are throwing open the doors and inviting their local community along to enjoy a slice of the celebrations this Friday (27 January) between 2.30pm and 4.30pm.
Champagne, birthday cake and live music
The first anniversary of the opening of the residential and nursing home will have a ‘glitz and glam’ theme, with champagne, mouth-watering birthday cake and live music from Guy Stewart.
The Sanctuary Care’s activities leader Bernie Harding said: “We have only been open for a year but in that short time we have not only created a home for the incredible people who live here, but we truly feel part of our wonderful community. We wanted to celebrate this and hope as many people will come and join us.”
The address for those who are wishing to attend is Caldecott Close, Chester CH2 1FD.
