A Sanctuary Care home in Chester is getting set for a spook-tastic Halloween with some creepy arts and crafts decorations.
Spooky goings on were taking place at Upton Dene Residential and Nursing Home this week as the residents and team got ready for Halloween, rolling up their sleeves to craft some spooktacular homemade decorations.
Showcasing their creative talents, residents have been busy carving some scary pumpkins to adorn the home with.
Activities leader, Bernie Harding said: “Our residents always take a real interest in Halloween. The pumpkin carving was great fun and the home will definitely look the part for Halloween!”
One of the Caldecott Close residents added: “I used to love pumpkin carving with my children and grandchildren for their Halloween parties; it really brought back happy memories.”
