There will be fun for the whole family to enjoy, when a Sanctuary Care home in York throw open the doors to host their annual summer fete next weekend.
On Saturday 1 September from 2pm to 4pm, the team and residents from Lake and Orchard Residential and Nursing Home in Riccall Lane will be throwing open the doors to invite the local community along to a fabulous summer fete.
Something for all the family
There will be something for everyone, with live music entertainment from Jeanie Saint John who will be performing popular hits throughout the decades.
There will also be a range of stalls, including a tombola and a raffle with a host of prizes to be won, as well as a scrumptious cream teas to enjoy.
The Sanctuary Care home’s manager Billy Partridge said: “We are really looking forward to welcoming our local community to what promises to be a wonderful afternoon.
“We hope to see many familiar and new faces – our residents can’t wait to welcome you to our home.”
