- Paid annual leave
- Free meals, if working a full-time shift
- Employee counselling service and Health Assured benefits
- Discounts on shopping, cinema, dining, days out and much more via ‘My Rewards’.
What roles are available as part of the Kickstart Programme with Sanctuary Care?
Currently our Kickstart placements consist of Wellbeing Assistants and Maintenance Assistants. With 300 opportunities across England and Scotland, you will be joining our caring teams to befriend our residents supporting them to take part in group activities and social interaction, along with a range of other domestic and catering duties. You may prefer to lend a helping hand to our maintenance teams to ensure that we provide safe and quality environments for our residents.
Although no direct provision of care is provided through our kickstart placements, you will still have sufficient PPE and will adhere to the relevant infection control procedures throughout your time with us.
How to register for the Kickstart Scheme with Sanctuary Care?
If you are interested in finding out more about the Kickstart opportunities with Sanctuary Care, visit your local Job Centre and speak to your Employment Coach - they will be able to advise what opportunities are available at Sanctuary Care home near you. Your Employment Coach will talk you through the opportunities and will then refer you to one of our Resourcing Advisors, who will arrange an interview for you.
