We have four care homes in the rural county of Oxfordshire which are located in beautiful settings and provide a range of residential care, dementia care, nursing care, palliative care and respite care.

Our nursing care homes are nestled in the pretty villages of Iffley, Wantage, Watlington and Yarnton.

What makes our care homes different

Our four care homes in Oxfordshire include all of the usual comforts you would expect such as warm and welcoming living areas, bright and airy dining rooms and cosy bedrooms which are places for our residents to rest and relax in.

We believe it’s the personal touches and the quality of tailored care and support delivered which make all our care homes true homes for our residents.

Our devoted staff are carefully chosen for their warm and compassionate nature and we believe that kindness is at the very heart of the care services we provide, with our teams focused on delivering quality care and support which would be fit for a member of their own family.

When a resident joins us, together we take the time to build a picture of their life so far so that we can understand who they are as an individual. This enables us to ensure our residents, not only receive the care services and support they need, but that they live happy and fulfilling lives.

All of our care homes in Oxon have dedicated activities people who support our residents to try new experiences and rekindle old past times. Residents are encouraged to continue with the things they love whilst trying new things – giving them the opportunity to create treasured memories in the company of friends and family.

Our care homes are our residents’ homes, so loved ones and friends are welcome to join us at any time – this could be afternoon tea, when we serve freshly-baked cakes, or to enjoy a community event such as a summer BBQ or Christmas carol service.

Living in the Oxfordshire region

Our care homes in Oxfordshire are situated around the city of Oxford, in picturesque towns and villages and are surrounded by many tourist attractions, from heritage houses to retail hotspot Bicester Village.

Iffley is a peaceful village south of Oxford and its beautiful lock is the starting point for more than 10 regattas every year. The historic village, which has a largely unchanged Norman church, a string of eateries, shops and trails for keen walkers, is within close proximity of the River Thames.

A 30-minute drive from Iffley sits the market town of Wantage, the birthplace of King Alfred the Great. Featuring museums, Wessex Mill - the smallest flour mill left commercially rolling milling wheat, stunning outdoor spaces such as The Letcombe Brook, plus an abundance of restaurants, shops and a theatre, there is always something to do here.

A popular tourist destination Watlington, the smallest town in England, is located seven miles south of Thame in the Chilterns countryside. With a cluster of boutiques, delis and small shops, this picturesque area is the perfect place to admire Red Kites which are often seen soaring overhead.

Meanwhile, our final nursing home is located in the heart of Yarnton, a charming an attractive village which has a string of cafés, traditional countryside pubs and a large nursery and garden centre.
