Another of many highlights includes how residents’ “wellbeing and sense of worth was enhanced by staff who are knowledgeable about and value their contribution”.

The experiences residents enjoy was another key stand-out area, with the team praised for their dedication to supporting residents to remain connected to the community outside their home. The report highlighted how residents enjoy activities which “reflected their interests and aspirations”. It revealed how they were supported to “maintain and develop their interests and what mattered most to them”, with activities that “generated a strong sense of fun, connection, and community”.

Speaking of her delight at the report Susan Orr, home manager at Howard House said: “I couldn’t be prouder of our team, who are passionate about enriching the lives of our residents every single day.

These ratings reflect the devotion, compassion and consistency they show in the amazing care they provide, and I am delighted to see their hard work reflected in such positive feedback.”
