What about activities at our Wantage care home
There’s never a dull moment at Wantage, with a huge variety of activities on offer for residents to take part in, should they want to.
We have a fantastic partnership with Radio Cherwell, a local Oxford hospital radio station, broadcasting personalised shows live to our residents with their dedicated requests.
For residents who prefer a little more involvement, we run regular exercise and music sessions, as well as a delicious cookery club! Our residents love visits from local nursery children and the beloved therapy dog Dug, a golden retriever, who regularly visits for belly rubs and ear scratches.
At our Wantage residential home, we’re proud to have our very own minibus, allowing us to take frequent trips outside our Oxfordshire nursing home, to explore the local area.
